Installing the Player
Every physical screen needs a player app installed to connect it to your dashboard. The player is a small piece of software that runs on the screen and receives content from the cloud.
Which player do I need?

What the player does
Once installed, the player:
- Shows a pairing code on first launch — you enter this in the dashboard to connect the screen.
- Automatically downloads and plays content assigned to it.
- Sends a heartbeat every 30 seconds so the dashboard knows the screen is online.
- Continues playing cached content even if the internet connection is temporarily lost.
Requirements
All players require:
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
- Access to your Digital Signage server URL
After installation
